Has the garage caused my Volkswagen Bora to pull to the left by fitting new anti-roll bar bushes?

I have recently bought a Volkswagen Bora 1.9 TD 2000 on an X plate. After driving it for a few days I noticed it pulled to the left. I phoned the garage I bought it from and told them my problem. He said the tracking may need doing, but today a friend of mine was following me and said my car was crabbing to one side and when we looked we noticed the wheel had a lot of negative camber. Also it was facing slightly towards the o/s at a angle. The garage said that new anti-roll bar bushes had been fitted. Have they caused the problem?

The bush has gone. Requires a new trailing arm because the labour cost of getting the old bush out and fitting a new one is as much as a new arm pre-fitted with the bush.
