BMW X3 - which wheel size is best for ride comfort ?

I'm thinking of buying a 12 month old BMW X3. However, I've noticed that lots of the cars have 19-inch wheels. Is this a no-no when it comes to ride quality? I've driven an SE with standard 17-inch wheels and that was great.

On an X3 the 19" wheels come with either 45 profile front / 40 rear or 45 profile all round. 45 all round is better. But I'd avoid anything with less then 50 so avoid 19" or 20" wheels on an X3.
