Which cars are cheap to insure and run for a 17-year-old?

Can you let me know what is the best car for a 17-year-old, especially with the insurance part of the bargain being so high?

The Citroen C1, KIA Picanto or Hyundai i10 are all cheap to insure and cheap to run.
