Chance to buy my company car

Hi, been offered the chance to buy my company car but can't get price/value do to higher than normal mileage. Car is 34 months old and has done 95000 miles. Full main dealership service history. Fully loaded with £7k of options fitted including pro nav, vision pack and heated everything! Car is very clean and is in great condition. What should I offer? We steal any car offered £10850 for it. Any idea as to what it would fetch selling to trade or selling private. Thanks for your help.

Less than £10,850. More like £10k. Obviously with an N47 engine the timing chain tensioner is a worry, especially if it has been on LongLife oil changes and that will make the trade wary. 18" or 19" tyres on an M Sport are short life and expensive, but you'll know that.
