Peugeot 3008 hybrid 4 faulty door seals

I have a Peugeot 3008 hybrid which has been excellent. The car is three years old and I have noticed both front door seals are completely perished and there are now gaps. I have spoken to other owners who have had same problem and changed by Peugeot. I understand warranty is finished but does Peugeot have a responsibility to change them under the six year goods fit for purpose rule?

I think you will probably find Peugeot sympathetic to this, especially if your dealer is a 'Robins & Day' which is owned by Peugeot. Where there is an obvious and widespread quality fault with a car it is very difficult for a manufacturer to successfully resist multiple claims.
