Volkswagen emissions scandal: Should I reject my Volkswagen Passat CC?

Just took delivery of a VW Passat 2.0-litre CC diesel automatic.

Then the emissions news broke. I've got 30 to return it. HELP!

Can you help me through the rhetoric. What is the bottom line? Should I stick with it or swap for a petrol?

They don't do Passats with petrol engines any more, except for the GTE hybrid. Don't panic. Wait for more information (which we are all waiting for).
