Automatic gearbox problem on Ford B-MAX

I purchased an ex-demonstrator B-MAX from a Ford dealership in April 2015. Auto transmission 10,000 miles. Problem with seat belt chimes was fixed promptly but the local dealership has had three attempts to sort out the juddering in the transmission and has now ordered a replacement clutch pack and oil seal from Ford, who have a backlog for these components. Do I have recourse against the dealer who sold me the car?

These are standard problems with the twin dry clutch Powershift in the B-MAX and Fiesta and are overwhelming Ford and Getrag's ability to manufacture and supply replacement parts. I think you can demand that the supplying dealer keeps you mobile while the repairing dealer is waiting for the parts.
