Jaguar S-Type buying advice

My next door neighbour has a Jaguar S-Type which hasn't moved in 18 months. Would you consider this to be a future classic? It has done 53000 mls with main dealer stamped up book. Future mileage would be at most 5000 to 8000 miles per annum.

Expect all kinds of problems with an S-Type 2.7 diesel that has not moved for 18 months, most of them caused by condensation inside the engine, transmission, exhaust system, brake system and wiring as well as visible corrosion on the brake discs, etc.
