Used car doesn't match advert - can I reject it?
I brought a used BMW X5 from a reputable dealer; however, I've noticed the car's equipment doesn't match the advert. As a result, brake function (with the cruise control), heated front seats and tinted heat insulated windows are all missing.
The dealer blames the firm that placed the advert, but in my view this devalues the car. Do you think I have cause for complaint?

They have used a standardised vehicle description, but they still sold you the car without telling you the description was incorrect. They are 100 per cent liable.
