Faulty air con - what are my legal rights?

We purchased a used 2008 model Honda Civic from a main dealer five months ago. Yesterday, the air con stopped functioning (had tested and left on for periods over the winter) so the question is, do we have any right to expect the dealer to repair under the SOGA 6 months cover?

These are your consumer rights. Bit difficult with air con because it was working properly for five months, so was working when you bought the car, making it impossible to prove that it was failing when you bought the car: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
