Buying a used car for £8k - Toyota or Volkswagen?
My budget is between £8000 to £11000. I drive 50 miles on the motorway everyday and really want a reliable car. I've shortlisted the following cars:
Toyota Auris Diesel 1.4D-4D 2013 (Mileage 12K Oct 2013)
Volkswagen Polo 1.4 SE (85 PS) 5-Dr (Mileage 25K Dec 2010)
Volkswagen Golf 1.6 TDI BlueMotion (105 PS) 5-Dr (Mileage 30K Apr 2011)
Which car would you buy?

Of these, the Toyota Auris. The old Volkswagen Polo 1.4 petrol is a bad engine and the 1.6TDI in the Golf has been a lot of trouble.
