Faulty Q5 has been replaced three times and broken down again - what should I do?
I took delivery of a new Audi Q5 15 months ago; however, due to persistent problems with the driver's seat, the car was eventually replaced - I had to pay additional cost to cover wear and tear.
The second car arrived six months ago, but due to electrical problems it was replaced again - I had to pay additional cost for wear and tear.
The new Car arrived two weeks ago and already I have experienced electrical problems. I am now fed up - dealer will take car back and return my money - wear do I stand as I now have no transport - should they pay my car hire until I find replacement?

That's a shocking indictment of the Q5. But you have no right to a hire car because once you have the money you can immediately buy something else from stock. I'd think BMW X3 3.0d, or forget status and go for a new KIA Sorento KX2, which is hugely better value for money and at least as good as the Germans. It also comes with a seven-year warranty: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/kia/kia-sorento-20.../
