Panda fails after 100 miles - what's the fault?

My Fiat Panda is three months old and I have been back to the garage several times. If I travel over 100 miles it splutters, like dirty petrol. The warning and engine lights come on and I'm now fed up. What's the problem here?

Use decent petrol. The engine is optimised to run on Superunleaded. So use the best: Shell V-Power Nitro Plus. EU6 engines in particular will not run properly on 95Ron petrol.
