Buying a used Skoda Octavia vRS - dsg or manual?

I'm looking to buy a 2-3 year old Skoda Ocatavia vRS estate petrol. Should I get a manual or automatic?

The only advice you will ever get from me is don't buy a DSG. Too many problems. Though fewer problems with the 6 speed wet clutch than with the 7 speed dry clutch.
