Should I buy a used Audi with 130k on the clock?

We are about to have our first child and are looking at a 2008 Audi A4 Avant 2.0 TDI priced at £6450. However, it has 130,000 miles on the clock and we're worried we might be buying into trouble. What do you think?

There are far more sensible ways of spending £6450 on a reliable car than this one. If I was you, for the sake of both of your backs (from painful experience), I would be looking at MPVs such as the Ford C-Max, Volkswgaen Touran, Vauxhall Zafira, etc, preferably avoiding diesel engines.
