What are the best winter tyres for the Ford Fiesta?

I have a Ford Fiesta Titanium X (bought secondhand) Ecoboost 125, 2013 model. It has Continental 195/50/R16 Premium Contact 2 tyres on. What winter tyres would you recommend?

Is it ok for them to be fitted to the alloy wheels that are standard with the car? I have heard good things about the Alpin 4.

Yes, Michelin Alpin 4 and Vredestein Wintrac both good. But swapping tyres twice a year is expensive and could damage a tyre or a rim at some point so maybe better to fit all weather tyres and leave them on all year round: Goodyear vector 4 Seasons, Vredestein Qatrac, Bridgestone A001, Pirelli Scorpion M+S.
