Any ideas as to what's causing 'sticky' steering in my Suzuki Wagon R Plus?
My 2002 Suzuki Wagon R Plus has always had ''sticky steering'. It's as though there is a tight bush on a shaft, with noticeable static friction then into an easier running friction. It's not immediately dangerous but makes steering tiresome. My local garage doesn't seem too interested. Any ideas would be appreciated.

That might be what they are like. I can't remember because it's more than 10 years since I drove one.
