Best used estate for £11k?

I am looking to buy a second hand diesel estate to replace my Volvo V50. I am looking for something that’s four years old or less, with 45,000 miles on the clock. Ideally, the car will have leather seats and parking sensors. I'd like to spend £11,000 or less.

The candidates that seem to crop up are the Volkswagen Passat Highline, Saab 9-3 Turbo edition, and the SEAT Exeo. I have seen all the cars fall into my parameters. Ultimately would you recommend any of these cars over the others, would you rule any out, and have I missed any suggestions?

The Exeo is the bargain here. basically an Audi A4 B7 Avant with the newer 143PS TDI engine. Drives well and quite good looking (much better as an ST estate than as a saloon). 9-3 1.9 diesels and 2005-2011 Passats comparatively unreliable.

More of the same. Modernised with sharper looks. Quick 2.8 twin-turbo. Strong diesels. Spare parts still readily available.
2.0 TDI surprisingly good to drive. Very economical. Exceptionally solid build. Multitronic auto option from 2011. Good value.
Incredibly spacious as a saloon or estate, excellent range of engines and trim levels, comfortable and refined on the move.
