What would make a good replacement for my 2003 Rover 75?
I enjoy driving my 2003 Rover 75 and like its handling and general driving feel. It has just over 90,000 on the clock and I would like to keep it for a year or two more but I am beginning to spend serious money on it. In case I need to replace it in a hurry, I should like to decide in advance what to buy rather than have to make a quick decision under duress. I would be looking for something under a year old, low mileage - possibly an ex-demonstrator - as I tend to keep my cars for a long time. I'd like a front-wheel drive petrol automatic, 4- or 5-door, with readily-available spares and reasonably-priced servicing. It should be something with no known history of problems and no low-profile tyres. What would you recommend?

The best car in its class is currently the Mazda 6. I have one: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/mazda/mazda-6-2013.../ honestjohn.co.uk/our-cars/

Nimble and agile handling. Spacious cabin is very well made. Huge improvements to refinement and steering from October 2016.
