Where can I get cheap replacement Lexus tyre valves?

I drive a 2003 Lexus 430SC. Recently I had a flat tyre and the local tyre garage found that the tyre valve was leaking. The only people who sell a direct replacement are Lexus, who want £189. Replacement for other makes cost about £50. Any ideas where I can get a replacement at a sensible price?

TPMS valve monitors are multi metal and in a hostile environment where they are subject to corrosion. Your options are to replace the failed 10 year old valve (which has lasted well) with a compatible Lexus item, then be prepared for the others to fail. Or replace the TPMS system entirely with one from Tyrepal.
