Where can I get Platinum Plus DPF additive?

A few weeks ago a reader recommended Platinum Plus treatment for DPF problems. I am unable to locate a supplier of this product. Can you please let me know the details of where I could purchase this product. Secondly, I am shortly replacing all tyres on my Audi A3 to winter tyres. Can I run the car all year round on these tyres?
