I have a Peugeot 3008 and it has jumped out of 3rd gear gear when accelerating up an incline. Can you suggest a reason & cure?

I have a Peugeot 3008 Exclusive 2010 Reg. LM10AYU. 17000 miles owned from new. It has jumped out of 3rd gear gear when accelerating up an incline. Can you suggest a reason & cure?

If this happens frequently then the only cure is a transmission rebuild because one of the cogs has moves slightly down the shaft.
