What tyres are best for the Hyundai Tucson?

The original Hankook 235/60 R16 100H tyres on my Hyundai Tucson need replacing and I want to buy something to improve the ride. What do you recommend?

If Goodyear does Vector 4 Seasons that size they would be a good idea, giving you capability in snow as well as year round use.
