DMF failure after 4 weeks - who should pay for repairs?

I bought a used Mazda 3 a few weeks ago from a Hyundai dealership - it was apart exchange. I have found out today from my (heroic) mechanic that the dual mass flywheel is breaking and due to the severity of it, is not drivable.

There is a 12 month warranty on the car, which is a 2009 plate, bought for £7300 with 30,100 miles on the clock. I have driven 1300 miles in it within four weeks. Who has to pay for the repairs, me or the dealer?

The dealer is liable. See more here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
