BMW 1 Series - which tyres are best?

I need to buy new tyres for my 2011 BMW 116i Sport, with 17-inch wheels. It currently has runflats, but I’m not sure whether to go for steel wheels and new tyres or just buy a good all weather tyre for existing wheels, what would you recommend?

If you can fins all weather runflats, go for them, but I don't know who does them. Maybe Vredestein Quatracs. Not sure you can get Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons or Bridgestone A001s as runflats.
