Can I reject a faulty used car after seven months?

For the past two weeks my 2010 Skoda Favia vRS has been consuming a lot of oil. The dealer has had two attempts to fix it (a breather modification and then a new engine) but the car is still using a lot of oil. I have only owned the car for seven months, can I still reject it?

Yes, because you bought it with a fundamental fault. It did not develop this fault since purchase. See: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
