Engine destroyed after running out of oil - is the garage to blame?

I put my Saab in for a service recently after noticing a change in engine noise following a long journey. The garage told me the car had no oil and replaced the engine and turbo at a cost of £3000. Since then the car has been running very poorly and I’m not very happy. Should I pursue this further? The car was fine six weeks ago.

Pursue where? With whom? It's your responsibility to maintain the car. Sadly driving without oil has caused all of these problems and you're the one to blame for the damage caused.
