Jaguar XF - should I keep when it comes off its PCP?

I have a Jaguar XF 3.0 Luxury D on a PCP. I do around 14,000 miles a year most of which is commuting on a good mixture of dual carriageway and A roads. The PCP expires in November and the GFV is £12,500. Is this a fair price? Should I get an extended warranty?
