BMW clutch failure – dealer will pay for parts but not labour

I have a 2010 BMW 320D, purchased from new and only serviced at the same garage. The car has covered 61,000 miles and is one month out of warranty. Recently the clutch failed on a busy roundabout and the car would not go into gear. The dealer eventually agreed to replace the clutch and flywheel free of charge, but have left all other charges to me.

I am out of pocket for £600 labour, £80 for a recovery and £280 on a hire car for the week (parts are on their way from Germany), where do I go from here?

I think BMW have offered a reasonable settlement. After all, you will benefit from the betterment of a new DMF and clutch on a car that had already done 61,000 miles. The hire car cost is nothing to do with BMW.
