Replacing an ix35 with an auto SUV?

I need to reluctantly change my 60 plate manual Hyundai ix35 to an automatic. My budget is £15,000 plus the part-ex value on the Hyundai. What do you recommend in a similar SUV?

For a change, a KIA Sportage 2.0CRDI auto with a 7 year warranty. Or, spend a bit more on a Honda CR-V 2.2iDTEC auto. And if you can do the deal, bast of all a BMW F25 X3 2.0d 8 speed auto.
