“Facts”? I don't think so. He did have a case when it looked like everything was going to be fitted with blinding Volvo-like Xenon headlight DRLs. And I supported him in that. But the EC was sensible and allowed low level DRLs and separate low wattage DRLs, so removed the problem. I would still prefer them to be entirely separated from the headlight units, though.
