Which cars offer rear hinged doors for disabled access?

Other than Rolls-Royce, are there any cars with rear-hinged doors to assist folk with arthritis please?

Yes, the Mazda RX-8, Ford Ranger Freestyle pick-up, Mazda BT50, Nissan Navara King Cab, Vauxhall Meriva, while the pillarless sliding doors of the new Ford B-Max provide excellent front seat access. More information on these links:
