Recommendation for LV Insurance

I am insured with LV and after, a no-fault accident last June, they paid a realistic amount less my excess of £350 for my Saab which was written off. After many calls to LV, who have in turn chased Aviva for this excess, they have now paid it themselves. I was very surprised and of course very pleased.
