How can our Peugeot 407's satnav be optimised for UK postcodes?
I own a Peugeot 407 with a built-in satnav. This is of very little use because even if you enter the full postal address it refuses to accept the last two letters of the postcode. I've written to Peugeot twice regarding this problem, but they say the satnav is optimised for continental Europe and nothing can be done. The chip in the system is a Harman Becker Europe Edition.10. Can you please give any advice on how to obtain a Great Britain chip that won't leave us in the wilds of Lancashire or Cumbria?

This is often the case because the UK and Japan are apparently then only counties in the world with seven digit postcodes. Other countries are less precise, so it's not a simple matter to upgrade the software because that would mean making something built to be less precise more precise.

I just bought an Audi Q3 but the sat nav has no SD card. I have contacted Audi and they say it needs to be activated at a cost of £670. Surely an SD card is not that much
