Batteries going flat on two cars - is it my driving style?

I got rid of my Rover 45 because it let me down so many times when the battery went flat for no particular reason. I changed the car for a Kia cee’d which is now giving me the same trouble. Everything is switched off and all doors, windows and boot are closed as I leave the car, yet still I am getting this problem. I have had the battery checked and it is said to be ok. Once I charge the battery up it is ok for a while then it is back to square one. Any idea what my problem can be?

It might be the way you are using the car. If for nothing more than short runs, then the battery does not get recharged with what was taken out of it from the starts.
