The Axemen cometh

I recently saw your advice to a Honda Jazz owner saying contact Honda Happiness Accident Assistance rather than his insurer in the event of an accident. On the same basis, in the event of an accident in our Peugeot 207 should I contact Peugeot Accident Assistance?

Depends who they use to administer this. If it's just another ripoff accident management outfit, then no good at all. If it doesn't rely on making outrageous amounts from credit hire and does genuinely fix your car to a retail standard, then okay. So far, the consensus is that these schemes fall apart completely if the car is unrepairable.
