Does my Nissan X-Trail have a DPF and dual mass flywheel, and is it likely to give problems?

I have an 2005 2.2 DCI Nissan X-Trail, 50,000 miles. Does it have the potentially ruinous components of a diesel particulate filter and a dual mass flywheel? Having read your column I am thinking of selling it. I avoid short drives when possible and try to use Shell, BP, Esso fuel. I really like it and don’t want to change.

No DPF. No timing belt. Will have a DMF, though. This model gave a lot of trouble for a few years, but I have heard of very little for at least the past couple of years, so you might as well motor on.
