Will my new Nissan Qashqai diesel develop DPF problems doing short journeys?

I ordered a new Nissan Qashqai 1.6DCI 4WD, which has a delivery date coming soon. Having seen recent bad publicity regarding DPFs, have I ordered the wrong car as the majority of my mileage is local commuting (I need a 4WD)? How often will I have to take the car on a motorway run to clear the DPF? Should I cancel the car probably loosing my deposit?

No, because this has probably the most advanced diesel engine in the world, developed by Renault to eliminate cold start and DPF problems. A 4WD Juke with that engine would be brilliant. Sadly the 4WD 1.6DCI 130 Qashqai emits 135g/km CO2 so is £115 tax, but the 2WD 1.6DCI 130 Qashqai comes in at 118g/km and just £30 tax.
