Wheels and tyres on a Hyundai i30 or Kia Ceed - is this possible?

Considering buying a Kia ceed or Hyundai i30 and would prefer to buy top range model with leather seats but would like to avoid harsh ride and criticisms of 17-inch wheels. How easy is it to have them changed and at what cost?

You can't, because the wheels and tyres are part of the Type Approved spec. So you would have to buy the car on 17s, then order a set of 15s and appropriate tyres, fit them, then try to sell the 17s.
