Spare wheels for Toyota Rav 4s

We are looking to replace our 2006 Rav 4 with another 4x4 up to 2 years old. The Rav has been a fantastic car and we would happily have another but we see that the new models have a can of foam instead of a spare wheel. As farmers with a 3 mile unsurfaced access road to our farm we average at least 3 punctures a year and would not manage without a proper spare wheel, would not even want a space saver. Of course, we could always purchase an additional wheel, but how do we carry it safely and conveniently? Do any newer 4x4s still come with a spare wheel as standard?

Actually owners have lobbied Toyota and Toyota will be offering an optional space saver spare with the new RAV.
