Replacing a Mondeo headlight bulb

One low beam bulb has gone on my Mondeo. Replacement choice is boundless so which bulb to choose? HJ says not to buy Xenon but that still leaves normal, 100%, 120%, blue etc choices. Some come as singles, some as doubles in a pack.
