Reoccurring problem with car that is under warranty.

I bought my Kia Rio (2011 plate) in March 2012 which had only 4000 miles on the clock and was sold with the Kia 7 yr warranty. Within 2 months of buying it the car had an electrical problem which prevented the car from starting. The dealership agreed to the repairs under warranty and provided a courtesy car for the 6 weeks it took to repair due to waiting for parts.

Since then the car has experienced the same fault twice more and each time they agree to repair but the disruption is getting too much now.

What rights do I have to compensation for the continuous problems and time involved with the dealership about the car and can I either get a refund/replacement instead?

Many thanks

Joe

If they fail to repair the same fault three times you can reject it for a full cash refund: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
