My Ford Fiesta doesn't have matching tyres

Five weeks ago I bought a used 2005 Fiesta from a Ford Dealer. I have just noticed that one of the rear tyres is rated for winter, and the others all summer. Could this be dangerous under heavy braking on slippery roads.

Yep. Demand the wrong tyre be replaced with a correct one.
