Adaptive headlights - what do I don when driving abroad?

I've bought a Honda CR-v which has the adaptive (turn round corners) High Intensity Discharge headlamps. As I do holiday on mainland Europe I asked the dealer what do I do regarding the headlamps when driving on the right. In the past I've used the self adhesive beam deflectors but as the headlamps turn, I thought this would not be suitable.

The dealer promised to find out for me but after some time and no information forthcoming, I asked Honda Technical Assist through their website who advised fitting the beam deflectors but now the dealer has informed me that I have "Euro-Headlights" which do not need deflectors. They went on to say that the higher temperature experienced with my headlights would damage the headlamp covers if a deflector was used. Who is right?

I think the dealer is. These lights probably dip down rather than to the left anyway. You can easily check as soon as it gets dark.
