Coccyx pain - what's a comfortable car?

I am currently driving a Kia Cee'd CRDI. With the current driving position and seat firmness I am getting more and more coccyx pain within 5min than I do sitting in an office chair for more than 8hrs.

I am currently using C-shape pillow and manage to drive the car for short journeys. I tried to make the seating position to upright but it spoiled my steering reach. I am currently thinking of changing the car and drove Golf and Focus, I felt Golf is more comfortable than Focus and I didn't observe any pain in the 5min test drive.

Could you please advise me any new/ old small family hatchbacks or Nissan crossovers car with upright seating position that are comfortable to drive (occasional motorway drives) and reliable.
