Xantia rear suspension sinks after starting the car

hi I have a Citroen Xantia 2003 which seems has a rear suspension problem. the problem is when I start the car the rear suspension suddenly starts to sink more than normal and after some moments it gets back to its normal height and Im wondering that what the problem is. I will appreciate if you could help me in this case.

Either the pump or the spheres. Common problem on BXs and Xantias.
