Someone is claiming against me - what do I do?

Three years ago I had a minor accident, basically rolled back slowly over a speed hump in a private gym car park. Did not see driver behind, extremely close and on my blind spot. No damage to my car but her front bonnet was dented.

I have just received a letter from Hampson Hughes solicitors acting on her behalf claiming compensation for negligence, and also she has a back injury.

I believe this to be a fraudulent claim and probably only initiated as she may have received one of those recorded messages saying you can claim for an accident that was not your fault.
What shall I do?

Tell them you will personally see them in court where you will contest the claim, and advise them to inform their client of the penalty for perjury.
