Speed Limit for Pick-up?

What are the Speed Limits for a Toyota Hi-Lux 4x4 EX TD?

Four wheel drive makes it a dual purpose vehicle subject to the same speed limits as a car. It is not restricted to 50 in a 60 and 60 on a 70mph dual carriageway as a non car derived LCV would be. If it were only 2WD it would be restricted to the LCV limits.
