Can I reject my new Hyundai i20?

Can I reject my Hyundai i20 due to uncomfortable bucket style seats? I have had it for 7 weeks and tried many different seating positions and have also asked my chiropractors advice - all to no avail. The dealership are aware of the problem and said that something may be able to be done if it was a 'general problem'. After contacting Hyundai they have told me that no one else has mentioned this problem. The ironic thing is, the model I have is the 'Comfort'!! I did not have this problem on the car I test drove otherwise I would not have purchased it.

No. You have discovered over time that you have a problem with the seat. But it is a problem you have with the seat, not a general problem with the seat so you have no legal grounds to reject the car. These people may be able to help with cushions and backrests: www.airhawk.se
