Is there an accessory that will amplify the volume of my Audi A3's turn indicator beeper?

I have just taken delivery of a new Audi A3, which is excellent. However as a senior citizen with slight hearing difficulties I find that I cannot always hear the turn indicator beeper as well as I would like. My Audi dealer tells me that this cannot be adjusted to my liking. Do you know of any piece of equipment which would enhance the bleeper sound and which could be fitted without too much trouble?

Not in a car with can bus wiring, but most new VAG cars have a clever little bit of cost-free design that extends the lens of the mirror pod flasher to the mirror side, so you can see when it is indicating.

Is there a minimum dimension standard for LED lights on new cars? Twice now I have not spotted a turn signal in daylight because the turn light was so small.
